WHAT PARTY?

The boosters are hosting the annual band Christmas holiday party in the school cafeteria on Friday, 12/8 6-8:30pm.

WHO CAN COME?

Every current BTWHS band student is invited to come and may bring 1 (ONE) guest.  You must RSVP ahead of time!  Every person attending must bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate as the cost of admission.

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

Yes, thanks to your band fees and the hard work of your band booster board/committee members, there will be food and drinks!

WHAT DO I WEAR?

The theme is ‘cozy’ so we’re encouraging (APPROPRIATE!!) holiday PJs, but they are not required.  We will be coming off a parade practice, so keep that in mind!

TOY DONATION REQUIRED!

Every band student and their plus 1 must each bring a new, unwrapped toy (no limit on the cost) to donate to Rev. Powell’s Truth for Youth program.  He collects and distributes new toys locally – that means the soccer ball/doll/bike/whatever you bring will go to a young person in Escambia/Santa Rosa County that may not get anything else this year.  Rev. Powell will stop by the party to collect donations and speak to students.
