Hello, Band Family!
We’ve now sent out all of the uniform order forms for the 2026–2027 school year. Please review the information below to determine which forms apply to your student.
Summary:
- ALL MARCHING BAND STUDENTS: Complete the Summer Uniform Size form (link below)
- FIRST-YEAR WIND & PERCUSSION STUDENTS: Complete the Fall Uniform & Marching Shoe form (link below)
- ANYONE NEEDING REPLCEMENT OR ADDITIONAL UNIFORM ITEMS: Complete the Replacement & Additional Uniform form (link below)
1. Summer Uniform Size Form (All Students) Required
Every marching band student must complete the Summer Uniform Size Form. Each student will receive a new:
- Blue “I’m With the Band” T-shirt
- Gray logo shorts
- Blue logo ball cap
These items are included in your 2026–2027 band fees.

2. Fall Uniform & Marching Shoe Form (First-Year Wind & Percussion Students Only) Required for Rookie Wind & Percussion Students
Students entering their first year as a wind or percussion member must complete this form to select sizes for their:
- Blue band pullover
- Gray track pants
- Marching shoes
These items are included in rookie-year band fees.

3. Replacement & Additional Uniform Order Form (Optional)
This form is optional and is only for families who need to:
- Replace lost, damaged, or outgrown uniform items
- Purchase additional uniform pieces
- Purchase volunteer shirts (for parents planning to volunteer)
Available items include summer uniforms, fall uniforms, marching shoes, gloves, spats, and more.

Ms. Smith is updating a spreadsheet checklist every hour or so. If the box is checked on the line with your name, the form has been filled out on your behalf! There are links to the forms at the top of the spreadsheet as well as here in this post.

Important Deadlines
- Summer uniform sizes should be submitted as soon as possible so we can place our order on Monday.
- Replacement & Additional Uniform Orders will also close on Monday.
- Marching shoes will be ordered late next week.
Please choose sizes carefully, as we will order very few extras and exchanges may not be possible.
