- Each mask costs $10
- Each neck gaiter costs $15
Materials:
Outer layer is made of heavy Spandex interlock 88% poly & 12% Spandex. The inner layer is 100% cotton.
Size:
All masks are one size fits most. Finished measurements (inclusive of all panels) are 7” high by 10” wide.
Payment:
• CREDIT CARD: You can select PayPal to pay online via credit card.
• CASHAPP: Select ‘Bill and pay” to charge your masks to your student’s Charms ledger. CashApp the full payment amount to $BTWHSband
o PLEASE enter your student’s district ID# and ‘mask’ in the text field
• CASH (this is the least preferred method of payment): Bring exact cash when you come to pick up your masks. We will not have cash to make change. We will have envelopes set up for you to use (just like fee payments) but we ask that you provide your own pen or pencil to fill them out.
HOW TO ORDER:
Current members of the BTWHS Band should place orders in Charms:
- Open a web browser. Go to https://charmsoffice.com
- Click the blue “LOGIN” button in the upper right
- Select the “Parents/Students/Members” tab
- Enter btwhsband in the school code field & click “Enter Parent Area” button
- Enter your Charms password in the “Student Area Password” field (top-ish left) and click “Enter” button.
- Click the “Online Store” button (looks like a shopping cart)
- Make your selections in the online store. When you are ready to check out you can choose from two payment options:
- Bill & Print (this is the preferred option when combined with CashApp): select this to charge your masks to your student’s Charms ledger. You must pay later via CashApp or with cash in person at pick-up.
- CashApp: open the app on your phone and send the full amount to $BTWHSband. Please put your student’s ID number and “mask” in the text field.
- Cash: this is the least preferred method of payment. Bring exact cash – we will not have change – to the mask pick-up.
- PayPal: will take you through the payment process.
- Bill & Print (this is the preferred option when combined with CashApp): select this to charge your masks to your student’s Charms ledger. You must pay later via CashApp or with cash in person at pick-up.
Alumni or extended band family without a current band member:
- Open a web browser.
