Mr. Myer, the Social Services Navigator here at Booker T, is looking for help to build up a bank of items for students that need assistance. We want to help him out!
We’re looking for donations of clothing (see the list below for items needed specifically), hygiene items, food items, and school supplies.
Here’s a list of clothing items they need badly:
- Shirts – all sizes
- Sweatshirts – all sizes
- Jeans – sizes 3, 7, 10, 11, 16, 18
- Shorts – all sizes
Hygiene items:
- deodorant
- body wash
- shampoo/conditioner
- toothbrushes/toothpaste
- floss
Food items:
- Ramen
- canned chicken
- canned tuna
- canned pasta (Chef Boyardee)
School supplies:
- notebook paper
- black/blue pens
- pencils
- notebooks w/ pockets and brads
- 3 ring binders
All items will be donated to Mr. Myers room and available to students based on teacher recommendation.
