WHAT
Support the BTWHS Band Boosters by pre-ordering a 9-11lb smoked, wrapped, ready-to-eat boston butt pork roast. Pensacola’s own Apple Market is sourcing the roasts and doing the smoking for us! They’ll be ready to pick up from the band room on 5/17 – feel free to order one to freeze for Memorial Day weekend!
WHEN
- Orders are open now until May 12th.
- Smoked, wrapped boston butts will be available for pick-up at the BTWHS band room on Friday, May 17th between 3:30-5:30pm
HOW MUCH
Each 9-11 pound smoked boston butt will cost $45.
WHO BENEFITS
- Profits from the fundraiser will go to the BTWHS Band Booster general fund
- Students can earn cash incentives! The order form will ask which student sold the customer the boston butt – every 5 butts a student sells, they will earn $20 cash!
- MAKE SURE YOUR CUSTOMERS TAG YOUR NAME ON THE ORDER FORM!

We will not sell or otherwise abuse any contact information we collect – we will only use it to reach you in the event of questions/comments/concerns regarding your order.

HOW TO PAY
- cash or money order in the band room office drop box
- Make sure you put your payment in a deposit envelope, label it properly, and put it IN the dropbox

- All CashApp payments MUST include the customer name on the order & ‘boston butt” in the memo line – we aren’t smart enough, nor do we have the time to CSI mystery payments!

PICK-UP DAY
All smoked butts must be picked up from the band room on Friday, May 17th between 3:30-5:30pm. We do not have space to refrigerate or freeze your boston butt for a later pick up. Please mark your calendars and make adjustments to plans so you can be there!
