As Mr. Young said in his email this morning, all rehearsals and performances this week have been suspended.  Here’s what that means:

• Tuesday’s rehearsal is cancelled.  All students should go home after school.
• Tuesday’s paperwork & notary session is postponed until 8/24 
• Tuesday’s concession load in is NOT cancelled! If you signed up to help load the concession stand please arrive to help at the scheduled time.
• The band will not be attending the game Thursday night.  Parents will still be working in concessions.
• Friday’s rehearsal is cancelled.  All students should go home after school.
• Form deadline has moved to the end of the form/notary session on 8/24

School administration will meet with us next week to decide whether we can resume after-school activities.
