Why use subscription billing?

Subscription billing will divide your student’s annual band fees up over the course of a 10 month period and spread the financial burden across the school year.

Benefits of subscription billing:

You won’t have to remember to send in a monthly payment! PayPal will automatically bill you every month.

Your monthly payments will end automatically after 10 months. If your fees are paid in full before the 10 month limit you’ll be contacted by Mrs. Smith with the option to end your billing cycle early or to continue billing and build up a credit.

Before you sign up!

PLEASE NOTE: your billing cycle will begin the day you sign up and recur on that date in following months. We recommend beginning your subscription a day or so after your regular pay day; for example, if you receive your paycheck on the 1st of the month sign up for your subscription billing on the 2nd or 3rd of the month.

How do I sign up?

Please find the label below that best describes your student’s section in the BTWHS Band program and click the link immediately below it. You will be taken to PayPal to set up your subscription.

Not sure which one you should sign up for? Email instructors (lyoung4, myoung2, or jsmith5 all @ecsdfl.us) and let us know who your student is and what they’re doing in the band. We’ll get you pointed in the right direction!
