Please check out the items on our wish list. As always, we are exceptionally grateful to anyone that can help us build and grow our program!
In the band room:
We are asking for FIFTY (50) posture chairs.
This is a big ask, but proper seating is incredibly important. We purchased a set of these years ago and need to replace a few broken chairs and add new ones. Due to limited space in the band room we would prefer to order the same brand/model to ensure any new chairs will stack safely out of the way with our current chairs.

We are asking for EIGHTEEN (18) music stands.
Music stands are the thing that makes it possible for our students to make music. They take a lot of wear and tear on a daily basis, and even though these Manhasset stands are built like tanks they do wear out after years of use. Due to limited storage space we ask for this specific stand model as we know it will rack up safely with our current stands.

*This product is also available to order from local music stores!
We are asking for ONE (1) stand rack.
We currently have 2 of these in use in the band room but could easily fill a third one. Being able to rack up stands after class/rehearsal helps keep the band room clear and also extends the life of our music stands by keeping them out of the way.

We are asking for SEVEN (7) chair racks.
We currently stack band chairs up against the wall after class or rehearsal to clear the space and allow for a constantly changing set up. These chair racks would make the process faster, safer, and so much easier! Posture chairs are angled slightly forward, so stacking them higher than 5 from the ground is not safe. The space that 15-20 stacks of 5 chairs takes up is enormous! These racks will also save wear and tear on our flooring, as it will keep students from dragging stacks of 5 chairs across the floor to set up.

For Student Use:
We are looking for 660 feet of Scotch #35 Violet Electrical Tape
The color guard uses electrical tape to wrap their flag poles. This year we need this specific shade of purple so that everyone’s flag will match. Please feel free to purchase Scotch #35 wherever you like. Here is a link to this product on Amazon.
We are asking for 1,980 feet of white electrical tape.
We need white electrical tape for color guard flag poles. Brand is not important with white tape – we just need a lot of it! Feel free to purchase it wherever you like. Here is a link to this product on Amazon.
We are asking for 500 pencils.
Pencils are an integral part of being a successful musician. We ask each student to have – and use – a pencil at every rehearsal. Please help us help these students be GREAT!
We don’t care about brands or numbers as long as they write! Pre-sharpened would be great but not required. Here is a link to the last box we bought on Amazon.
We are asking for 500 page protectors.
We encourage students to put their music in page protectors and then in the rings of a 3-ring binder to make it easier to find the music they need to work on. Please help us help these students be GREAT!
We do not have a brand preference. Here is a link to page protectors on Amazon.
We are asking for 12 3-ring binders (for now!).
We ask students to keep all their music together in a binder. Some folks don’t have one or have loved their binder to death and need something new to hold everything together. Help us help these students be GREAT!
We do not have a size or color preference, but they must have 3 rings. Here’s a link to a 6-pack on Amazon.
For The Office:
We are asking for 8 toner cartridges.
Both printers in the band office use the same toner cartridge so we can go through a lot of these in a year.
We do not have a preference for where it is purchased, but we have found that the “Brother” brand lasts longer and performs the best. Here is a link to this cartridge on Amazon.
We are asking for 3,500 labels.
We use these for name tags, bag labels, music labels, etc. It’s hard to keep enough of them on hand!
Brand or purchase location is not important, but it must work with an Avery label template #5162. Here is a link to this product on Amazon.
We are asking for 4 cases of copy paper.
We are very conservative when it comes to sending students home with paper. 95% of our communication is done via email and text message. Our greatest use of paper is for printing music and forms for each student, and neither can be avoided at this time.
We do not have a brand preference. Here is a link to the pictured paper on Amazon.
